Sunday, June 24 – The Power of Friendship

On Sunday, June 24, at our 11 am service, we’ll consider “the power of friendship,” with long time Spirit of Life UU member, LeAnn Kahl.  We’ll look at  the spiritual, health, well-being and strengthening benefits of friendships. How do our friendships define us and keep us happy and healthy mentally and physically?

Youth classes and adult discussion begin at 10 A.M. In Adult Discussion Adult Discussion,  The Liberating Embrace of Uncertainty: NPR blogger Adam Frank recently waxed at length about the liberation of accepting the unknown.  We’ll consider and discuss.  

After the service, join us for coffee and conversation. All are welcome!At 12:30pm, the Keystone Book Club will be meeting to share their thoughts on our last read of the season, Last Call: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition.  We’ll also go over our reading selections for the fall and winter.
