Youth THINK at Spirit of Life UU

There’s some new life at Spirit of Life UU this fall, as we welcome the THINK homeschool co-op to our beautiful facilities.  THINK is a homeschooling group serving home learners in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando counties, and they just held a well-attended Open House and registration day at Spirit of Life this week.  Visitors got to browse book and curriculum sale tables, sample some classes and meet some of THINK-Day’s fall teachers.

In addition to a full roster of learning programs, THINK will also take advantage of multifaceted space to offer:

  • Amazing Race Day
  • Star Gazing Night
  •  Family Camp-out
  • Inventions Fair
  • Halloween Party
  • Spring Festival

and collaborate on some service projects with us, and more.

Mini Van Land! THINK is independently run and unaffiliated with Spirit of Life Unitarian Universalists, but we’re proud to sponsor this fantastic learning organization, whose mission and goals are well aligned with our own educational commitment to lifelong learning for meaningful living, and a lovely complement to our Community Learning Center program.  THINK is equally thrilled to call our beautiful five acre space home on Mondays, and Spirit of Life UU is delighted to have such great partners in learning.  You can read more about THINK at their website and in our learning pages.
