In a service titled, “Things Change,” by Nick Ozuna, we’ll examine the Buddhist teaching of impermanence and how we can stop viewing changing phenomena as misfortunes and start embracing them as opportunities.
Youth and adult discussion programs being at 10 am. In Adult Discussion, we’ll consider the recent Popular Science article, “Are We Running out of Scientific Geniuses?” “Is the world clear out of geniuses? Will we ever have another Copernicus, another Darwin, another Einstein to shatter the foundations of our beliefs? ”
Coffee and conversation continue after service in the kitchen and parlor.
