Sunday Sermon – May 19, 11am: The Four Agreements, plus Book Club & Pot Luck

Long time member and lay leader Margie Hallmark will share the sermon, “The Four Agreements”  based on the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. It is a Toltec wisdom book and a practical guide to personal freedom. Living according to the four agreements can literally transform your life.

Youth and Adult programs being at 10am. In our Community Conversations program at 10am, the Keystone Book Club will lead us on a look at creativity, through our May read, “Imagine: How Creativity Works”, by Jonah Lehrer (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt; First Edition (March 19, 2012) ) -Shattering the myth of muses, higher powers, even creative “types,” Jonah Lehrer demonstrates that creativity is not a single gift possessed by the lucky few. It’s a variety of distinct thought processes that we can all learn to use more effectively.”

Anyone can join in the Keystone Book Club at any time. While having read the book of the month enriches the book club experience, our discussions of the topics and issues raised by the books we read can be appreciated by all and participation is welcome whether or not you’ve read the book.

This is also our 3rd Sunday Potluck – bring a dish to share or just grab a dish and join in! All are welcome!
