Join us this Sunday at 11am to hear guest minister, Rev. Nick Ozuna share his thoughts on “The Mind of Generosity” . If our attachment to things causes our sufferings, says Rev. Ozuna, generosity provides the antidote. Different approaches to living with a mind of generosity will be suggested as a way to a happy life
Youth and adult discussions begin at 10am. Keystone Book Club leads our third Sunday Community Conversations with a look at Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can’t Stop Talking . Author Susan Cain asserts that at least one-third of the people we know are introverts. “They are the ones who prefer listening to speaking; who innovate and create but dislike self-promotion; who favor working on their own over working in teams. It is to introverts—Rosa Parks, Cho-pin, Dr. Seuss, Steve Wozniak—that we owe many of the great contributions to society.” Join us to consider the power of introspection.
This is also our third Sunday Potluck – all are welcome!
