Sunday Sermon Sept 20 11am: The Fiance and the MRI Prototype

MRI_Head_5_slicesThis Sunday, September 20th, at 11am, Rev. Rus Cooper-Dowda shares the intriguingly titled sermon, “The Fiance and the MRI Prototype”.

“Working on unexamined assumptions can sure get us in trouble,” she says. Come follow the allegory with us at 11am.  In Adult Discussion, at 10am, our 3rd Sunday Keystone Book Club resumes, starting with an examination of our September read, Tigerman: A Novel, by Nick Harkaway, a hard book to describe, an impossible one to forget. Pick up a copy, and come share your thoughts about this thoughtful read.

In our Youth Lifespan Religious Exploration program, starting after the Story for All Ages, around 11:30am, it’s Superhero Sunday and we’ll be looking at “The Power of 1 – Our First Principle Revisited, ” and getting registered for fall classes.  It’s also our monthly potluck, so join us for good food and conversation after the service!
