Guest speaker Eliseo Santana is a member of Unitarian Universalists of Clearwater and a long time civil servant who spent 31 years working with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office before earning his Master’s in Business Administration in 2014, and more recently turning his sights on the Pinellas County School Board where he hopes to “apply my UU principles to make a better world.”
His talk will not be political, but focused on the many epiphanies and the paradigm shifts in his actions that resulted from them, as he shares his thoughts on achieving spiritual well-being.
Adult Discussion will be open topic through the end of August – just come in, pour yourself a cup of coffee and join in freewheeling conversation every Sunday, starting at 10:30am.
Between now and the end of August, we’re taking a break from focused lesson plans for our youth, with LRE Lite, providing activities and discussion opportunities, and some time in the sunshine with our permaculture project and recreation, as attendance and interest steer things.
