Sunday Sermon October 2 11am: Rosh Hashanah

3937728416_aeea7044de_zJoin us Sunday, October 2 at 11am as Spirit of Life UU members Diana Dechichio & Sue Eckstein lead us on a celebration of the history, beauty and warmth of Rosh Hashanah,  a holiday both serious and joyous, that leads into the Jewish High Holidays.

It is a personal, family and community holiday. It is a time for personal spiritual renewal and a time to participate in ancient forms of prayer. Rosh Hashanah begins the Ten Days of Awe that culminate on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. Please join with us as we celebrate this significant time of year in the Jewish calendar.

Prior to the service, at 10am join for our Adult Discussion Group. Youth Religious Exploration starts at 11:30, after the Story for All Ages.
