This Sunday, September 2, at 11am, Rev. Rus Cooper-Dowda shares the sermon “Homecoming (After Homegoing).”
More than one Southern writer has said that home is “where they always have to let you in.” Thomas Wolfe and others could answer that you actually “cannot go home again.” We at Spirit of Life are just glad to see old and new church family return from various summer activities. Expect great stories as we invite all (like songwriter John Prine) to “Just C’mon Home.”
