Sunday Service Notes for July 28: 11am Sermon- Report from SUUSI

Every summer, for one week in July, Unitarian Universalists travel from all over to gather in the mountains of North Carolina to play, learn, worship, laugh, rest, restore and commune at  the Southeast Unitarian Universalist Summer Institute (SUUSI).

One of those UUs is founding Spirit of Life UU member, Rick Hallmark who, along with his wife Margie, have been part of the event for years.  Today, at 11am, Rick shares back his experience from this year’s event.

Choir and Book club will resume in September.

Currently Buildings and Grounds meets on Wednesday mornings for ongoing upkeep of the property. The Permaculture Garden team meets on the 2nd Sunday of the month after Freethought Fellowship.
