Jan 3 Sermon: It’s the New Year, So Lighten the Load

Our first sermon of the new year is provided by Rev. Patrick Munsell, on January 3rd at 11am, and titled “It’s the New Year, So Lighten the Load.”

“The new year can be a time to set goals and make resolutions,” says Rev. Munsell. ” But, reaching those goals and keeping those resolutions is often directly tied to letting go of the negative thoughts and habits that keep us stuck in the past. “

With this talk, he hopes to help us focus on shedding the past by doing an inventory of the thoughts that hold us back from cleaning the slate as we start a new year. so we can enter 2021 less encumbered.
